Ecru lace collar. Hand made. History: Donor, Alice Hutchinson Smart Wentzell, states that the lace was handmade in Ireland in 1894, and came to California with the Hutchinson family. It is in the Carrick MacRoss style. The lace was made by the donor's aunt to collect enough money for her passage to America.
