Yolo Water & Power Company was formed 1912 to cover the area northwest of Davis, including ditch from Cache Creek to Winters and Davis, Capay Dam, Davis-Winters Canal, and Adams Canal. Became Clear Lake Water Company in 1924. Group includes Mason Galloway, age 50, probably brother of photographer John D.
